为推动世界各地特色产业与国际市场深度融合,世界自由贸易(杭州)品牌展示交易中心(以下简称“中心”)拟打造“城市特色产品出海展示区”,现面向全球征集具有地方特色、文化内涵及国际市场竞争力的优质商品与服务,搭建地方产业“走出去”的高效通道。
一、项目背景
世界自由贸易(杭州)品牌展示交易中心将打造一个集商品展示、交易、品牌推广等功能于一体的全球化、综合性商业平台。依托世界自由贸易区联合会的平台资源优势,秉持“乘风而起,行稳致远”的发展理念,以线上+线下的运营模式,通过建立“全球品牌”效应,促进各国品牌在自由贸易环境下的展示、交易与合作。致力于打造服务贸易的全球实践标杆项目,推动国际贸易的繁荣发展。
杭州作为中国数字经济第一城、跨境电商综试区核心城市,依托自贸试验区政策优势与全球供应链资源,致力于构建“买全球、卖全球”的国际化贸易生态圈。中心位于杭州市滨江区创信数智大厦6层,集品牌展示区、交易洽谈区、会议活动区、直播电商区、综合服务中心“四区一中心”总体布局。展示区以“全球窗口·城市名片”为主题,聚焦地方特色商品出海需求,整合跨境物流、数字营销、品牌孵化等一站式服务,助力企业开拓海外市场,提升国际品牌影响力。
二、征集对象
1.地方政府贸易与投资促进机构:负责地方产业产品“走出去,请进来”;
2. 地方特色产业协会/联盟:代表城市产业特色的行业组织;
3. 地方知名品牌企业:具有地理标志认证、非遗传承、老字号等文化属性的产品企业;
4. 跨境电商服务商:提供跨境物流、海外仓、数字营销、国际认证等专业服务机构;
5. 创新型企业:具备科技含量、绿色环保理念或新兴消费趋势的特色商品。
三、征集要求
(一)突出国际化定位
1. 产品设计、包装、认证符合国际标准(如欧盟CE、美国FDA等);
2. 具备跨境贸易经验或海外市场潜力,体现文化共融与全球消费趋势;
3. 支持多语种(中英为主,其他语种优先)商品介绍及品牌故事。
(二)聚焦地方特色产品
1. 品类范围:
- 农产品及食品:茶叶、酒类、特色食材等(需符合目标国准入标准);
- 手工艺品:非遗技艺、文创设计、民族服饰等;
- 智能家居:绿色科技、智能硬件等;
- 健康美妆:中医药衍生品、天然护肤品等。
2. 核心价值:
- 体现原产地文化符号与产业优势;
- 具备差异化竞争力,避免同质化。
(三)创新出海渠道与服务
1. 全链路服务支持:
- 线上渠道:接入中心自有跨境电商平台(覆盖欧美、东南亚、中东等市场);
- 线下展销:联合海外商超、主题快闪店、国际展会等场景;

Solicitation Letter for the Exhibition Area of Local Specialty Products Going Global in the World Free Trade (Hangzhou) Brand Exhibition and Trading Center
To All Relevant Units:
In order to promote the deep integration of regional specialty industries with the international market, the World Free Trade (Hangzhou) Brand Exhibition and Trading Center (hereinafter referred to as the WFTC) plans to establish a "City Specialty Products Overseas Exhibition Zone." We are now inviting applications from around the world for high-quality products and services with local characteristics, cultural connotations, and international market competitiveness, to build an efficient channel for local industries to "go global."
I. Project Background
The World Free Trade (Hangzhou) Brand Exhibition and Trading Center aims to create a global, comprehensive commercial platform integrating product display, trading, and brand promotion. Leveraging the platform resources of the World Free Trade Zone Federation and adhering to the development philosophy of "Riding the Wind, Steady and Far-reaching," the Center operates through an online + offline model. By establishing a "global brand" effect, it promotes the display, trading, and cooperation of brands from various countries in a free trade environment. The Center is committed to becoming a global benchmark project for service trade, driving the prosperous development of international trade.
As China's leading city in the digital economy and the core city of the Cross-Border E-Commerce Comprehensive Pilot Zone, Hangzhou, with the policy advantages of the Free Trade Zone and global supply chain resources, is dedicated to building an international trade ecosystem of "Buy Global, Sell Global." The Center is located on the 6th floor of the Chuangxin Digital Intelligence Building in Binjiang District, Hangzhou, with an overall layout of "Four Zones and One Center": Brand Exhibition Zone, Trading Negotiation Zone, Conference and Event Zone, Live E-Commerce Zone, and Comprehensive Service Center. The exhibition zone, themed "Global Window, City Business Card," focuses on the overseas needs of local specialty products, integrating cross-border logistics, digital marketing, brand incubation, and other one-stop services to help enterprises expand overseas markets and enhance international brand influence.
II. Recruitment Targets
1. Local government trade and investment promotion agencies: Responsible for promoting local industrial products to "go global and invite international partners in".
2. Local specialty industry associations/alliances: Industry organizations representing city-specific industrial characteristics.
3.Local well-known brand enterprises: Enterprises with products featuring geographical indications, intangible cultural heritage, time-honored brands, and other cultural attributes.
4.Cross-border e-commerce service providers: Professional service institutions providing cross-border logistics, overseas warehouses, digital marketing, international certification, etc.
5.Innovative enterprises: Enterprises with products featuring technological content, green environmental concepts, or emerging consumer trends.
III. Recruitment requirement
(A) Emphasize International Positioning
1. Product design, packaging, and certification comply with international standards (e.g., EU CE, US FDA, etc.).
2. Possess cross-border trade experience or overseas market potential, reflecting cultural integration and global consumption trends.
3. Support multi-language (primarily Chinese and English, other languages preferred) product introductions and brand stories.
(B) Focus on Regional Specialty Products
1. Product categories:
•Agricultural products and food: Tea, alcohol, specialty ingredients, etc. (must comply with target country access standards)
•Handicrafts: Intangible cultural heritage crafts, cultural and creative designs, ethnic clothing, etc.
•Smart home appliances: Green technology, smart hardware, etc.
•Health and beauty: Traditional Chinese medicine derivatives, natural skincare products, etc.
•Core value: Reflect cultural symbols and industrial advantages of the place of origin and possess differentiated competitiveness, avoiding homogeneity.
(C) Innovative Overseas Channels and Services
1. Full-chain service support:
•Online channels: Access to the Center's own cross-border e-commerce platform (covering markets in Europe, America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, etc.).
•Offline sales: Joint overseas supermarkets, themed pop-up stores, international exhibitions, etc.

1. Submit application: Fill out the "Application Form for Entry" (with product information, qualification certificates, overseas plans) and send it to the official email.
2. Qualification review: The Center's expert team will review from the dimensions of product competitiveness, cultural attributes, and compliance.
3. Sign and move in: Enterprises that pass the review will sign cooperation agreements and enjoy the Center's platform resources and service support.
4. Global display: Officially open in May 2025, simultaneously launching the "Global Purchaser Matching Conference."
VI. Policy Support
1. Fee reduction: First batch of enterprises enjoy 6 months of free booth rent.
2. Traffic support: Priority recommendation to the Center's international buyers and cross-border platforms.
3. Training empowerment: Regularly hold "Cross-Border Overseas Practical Camps," covering courses on product selection, marketing, compliance, etc.
